Thank you so much... found a few nice snaps to get. Can imagine it would be a nightmare to have uploaded them all onto the site. You have your hands full enough with other more important things!

Have downloaded the schedule for September and hope to get along.

We came to your fantastic show in May and were lucky enough to have a few wins in various classes. We kept returning to view the photos as we were hoping that there would be some nice ones of our dogs. Is there anywhere we can visit to view all the pics now that they have gone off the website as we never found the ones taken of them?

Hoping to make it to the September show.

So sad to hear the news about Cher - you have done so much good for so many including her. Keep your chin up and carry on the great work!

Admin reply: Hello.... yes.. frustrating...sorry ! It all got too much to look at them, edit and upload into galleries.... especially when the photographer has already loaded them all in to flickr ! SO, you can view all the pics from the show at this link : http://www.flickr.com/photos/brightography/
If you have any problems, then please contact him directly. Michael Buroni on flickr, facebook or direct to his website...

Hope that helps !

Fantastic job to all, it involves alot of hard work & dedication. Although I rehomed a Jack Russell in Nov 08 from you & was a little disappointed with no follow up to see how things were working out, which I feel is a shame. Luckily everything has worked out amazingly.

Just wanted to say a Big Thank you , to Allsorts , we now have a lovely dog and have called him jasper , He's a lurcher saluki cross type , We have had him since the 30th June .. He settled in almost straight away and is enjoying his daily walks . He has a lovely temprement although a little shy of strangers and traffic , in time he will grow more confident . He loves his Toys and lots of fuss . I was very surprised by the speediness of Allsorts having only applied the day before and having a home visit the next day but I am soooo glad we were able to give jasper a home where he can now grow and develope and know that he will be taken good care of and given lots of love .

A few months ago we re-homed Zapper, a four and a half year old greyhound. I just wanted to check in and say what an incredible creature he is and how lucky we are. He's fitted in so well, not without a few minor mishaps, and we are so proud of him. The kids adore him and I think he's enjoying himself. He is doing very well in Greyhound training classes and enjoys doing the school run in between long naps. Each week he relaxes a bit more and becomes more fun and affectionate, we can't imagine life without him. Thank you very very much for putting us in touch with each other. All the best. Fiona

Admin reply: Awwww ... you are very welcome. He is a lovely dog. Thank YOU for homing him.

Allsorts Dog Rescue work damn hard to ensure their dogs get happy, loving homes. They are cautious who they rehome a dog to.
They don't spay all dogs because either they are too young or they simply can't afford it.
Hundreds of dogs enter the rescue which need shelter, food, vet treatments, and if you are serious enough and responsible enough to rehome one of their dogs, without a shadow of a doubt you would get that dog spayed/neutered.
It is their policy to ensure all dogs are spayed/neutered when they are old enough etc in their new homes. People like you are the people that see dogs as cash machines....under no circumstances would Allsorts Dog Rescue, or any rescue, allow the breeding of a rescue dog, don't you think the dog has been through enough ending up in a rescue?
You just don't understand the effort and hard work that goes into a dog rescue, it isn't just bring in a dog and rehome it...it's way more than that.
Phone bills, petrol, house visits, ensuring the dog is correctly matched with the potential new owner, vet treatments, food, shelter..the list is endless!!

I want to thank you, Allsorts, for all the hard work you have put in and are still putting in to ensure safe, loving homes for these dogs and to secure their futures.

Sorry for the rant!! I just get annoyed with some comments from people that simply don't get it!!

Keep up the good work xxx

Admin reply: Blimey Keeley.... thanks !

Nice reply to 'emily' stupid stupid litle girl - why should a rescue centre pay to have your dog spayed? If you can't afford it then you probably can't afford to keep a dog and shouldn't be thinking of getting one. If a dog is already spayed/neutered it's a bonus but shouldn't be expected.

Hello. Hope all is well at Allsorts. I have just seen all your dogs that need rehoming, they are all lovely, but I love the sprollie and lurcher pups! If only I had room for one more!!....I hope they all find loving homes very very soon and forever homes where they can enjoy the rest of their lives!! All the best and keep up with the hard work, you are all wonderful and do an amazing, rewarding job.
P.S. Molly the greyhound I rehomed from you is doing great! So confident now, we let her off on the beach and she is just incredible and comes straight back!! We love her dearly!!

All the best xxx
