Allsorts Dog Rescue has closed please read below.

Over the last few months, Allsorts Dog Rescue have been without the use of kennels due to the extent of the repairs that need to happen before winter came, ensuring the dogs were comfortable and in suitable housing conditions. We are very sorry to say that the kennels will not be reopening as the costs involved would be too extortionate to bring it up to standard. Allsorts have always rented the kennels and the costs now of rescuing dogs, particularly the Irish dogs which we have helped for many years, come at a huge cost to bring over, meaning the continuation of the rescue is unaffordable, even with such generous donations from our supporters. In the last year we have had a very small numbers of dogs, but have been still paying the rent every month for the kennels, often dipping into our own pockets. We have run Allsorts Dog Rescue for many, many years and have had such amazing support, helping so many unwanted dogs to find loving homes. It is with a huge, heavy heart that we have we have made the very difficult decision to close Allsorts Dog Rescue after much deliberation and want to thank each and everyone of you for all of your support and updates. The funds/donations that we have sitting in our account will be donated to other local rescues who we have worked closely with. We understand people maybe frustrated or saddened by the closure of the rescue, but unfortunately this is no longer financially possible so we ask to you to respect this on your comments.

For anyone needing to re-home a dog please contact Clymping Dog Sanctuary for help or advise.
